Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1-3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after we receive your order confirmation and payment. During peak seasons or sales events, processing may take slightly longer. You will receive an email notification once your order has been shipped.
Shipping Methods and Delivery Times
We offer various shipping options to meet your needs:
- Standard Shipping: 5-7 business days
- Express Shipping: 2-3 business days
- Same-Day Delivery: Available in select areas (Kathmandu Valley) for orders placed before 2 PM
Delivery times are estimates and begin from the date of shipment, not the date of order. Actual delivery times may vary based on your location and carrier service.
Shipping Rates
Shipping costs are calculated based on:
- Order weight and dimensions
- Delivery destination
- Selected shipping method
Shipping charges will be displayed at checkout before you complete your purchase. We may offer free shipping promotions on orders above a certain value - check our website for current offers.
Shipping Destinations
We currently ship within Nepal. We are working on expanding our shipping services to international destinations. If you are located outside Nepal and would like to place an order, please contact us for assistance.
Order Tracking
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can use this tracking number to monitor your package's progress. You can also track your order directly on our website using your order number.
Delivery Address
Please ensure that your shipping address is complete and accurate. We are not responsible for delays or failed deliveries due to incorrect or incomplete addresses. If you need to change your shipping address after placing an order, please contact us immediately. We may not be able to modify the address if the order has already been processed or shipped.
Delivery Attempts
Our shipping carrier will attempt to deliver your package to the address provided. If no one is available to receive the package, the carrier will typically leave a notice with instructions for pickup or rescheduling. Packages that are not claimed within the specified time may be returned to us, and additional shipping charges may apply for redelivery.
Damaged or Lost Packages
If your package arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us immediately at info@knixx.com with your order number and photos of the damaged items (if applicable). We will work with you to resolve the issue, which may include replacement, refund, or reshipment at no additional cost to you.
Customs and Import Duties
For domestic orders within Nepal, no customs or import duties apply. If we expand international shipping in the future, customers will be responsible for any customs fees, import duties, or taxes imposed by their country. These charges are separate from our shipping fees and are determined by local customs authorities.
Weather and Unforeseen Circumstances
Delivery times may be affected by weather conditions, natural disasters, carrier delays, or other circumstances beyond our control. We will do our best to keep you informed of any significant delays and work to resolve them as quickly as possible.
